Overall, we enjoyed our stay here! The location is fantastic and it’s pretty quiet despite being right off of a major pedestrian street. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a nice hair dryer was provided (not the kind attached to the bathroom wall), and we had a balcony which was great for drying clothes. The downside was that the bathroom was very tiny and the towels need to be replaced because they’re fraying/thin/too small. You also couldn’t hang your towel in the bathroom because the hooks are by the closet around the corner. Other than the bathroom, the room was fine! Thanks for a nice stay!

This hotel has the absolutely best location in Athens. We were 10-15 minutes away from everything - Acropolis, Plaza, Parthenon,kfood district. The breakfast is magnificent - everything you could want, beautifully presented - fresh and dried fruit, several kinds of bread, gorgeous pastries, eggs, cheeses, meats, smoked fish - and on and on. The people at the front desk are welcoming, knowledgeable and most pleasant. The rooftop bar has a perfect view of the Acropolis - lit up at night. The room is clean and fine, well taken care of. We were thrilled with our stay and would definitely return.

The Hotel Cypria was a lovely hotel in Athens situated near the syntagma Square and metro. The breakfasts were amazing and the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing, would definitely love to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Athens Cypria Hotel, the maitre d’ and all the bar staff and servers were especially friendly and helpful. The bartender Stefanos even gave us a list of places to visit whilst we stayed there and everyone enhanced the holiday for my partner and I. The rooftop bar, wow what a view. We visited practically every evening of our visit. Drinks prices were fair and the staff were friendly and knowledgable when recommending drinks. Breakfast available til late morning with a fantastic selection. Rooms were a decent size with a fantastic shower and lovely balcony. Location was very safe and walking distance to all the major sites. You could hear the bar below the balcony and music from the street but it wasn’t too loud and did not disturb us. 100% will visit here again, even replanning our next holiday to Crete to pop over here for a few days at the end. A truly wonderful experience.

Perfect location, just off Ermou Street, very close to Syntagma Square and walking distance to Plaka, Parliament, the hop on bus and the Metro. The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely! Our room was spacious and had very comfy beds with a kettle and nespresso machine. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want and was topped up so nothing ran out. The rooftop bar had amazing views and lovely cocktails. But what made the hotel really special was the staff, so helpful and always smiling. The porters were really amazing and delivered our bags and cases to the room and helped us again when we were leaving. Would love to come back one day.
